Hello foodie, this time I will review ramen restaurant which is typical of japan country. If we want to taste how the taste of Ramen food, we do not need all the way to go to the land of cherry just come to restaurant Gokana Ramen & Teppan which provides various kinds of Japanese food preparations, especially Ramen that has a taste in accordance with the tastes of Indonesian people.

In this restaurant serve various kinds of ramen with the desired level of spicy level like Katsu Hot Ramen. If you do not like the spicy, Gokana also sells Katsu Miso Ramen which tastes dominant sweet and brownish sauce, in a bowl of ramen served yellow ramen noodles, vegetables, nori, two slices of naruto, and half-cut egg (tamago). Ebimaki is served separately and is still crisp. There is also a salad with sliced cabbage and carrots mixed with mayonnaise. In addition, Gokana also has a variety of variants Ramen with fried dish (noodles without sauce) such as Abura Ramen Salmon, this menu has a level of spicy levels. Abura Ramen is my favorite menu because its noodles taste better, there are also fried eggs, fish cake and do not miss there is a slice of salmon meat with typical Japanese flavor. The level of spiciness is not too spicy compared with Katsu Hot Ramen.

Gokana also sells fresh drinks to eat after eating Ramen. One of them Ocha is a japanese tea that is fragrant and refreshing when served cold. In addition, the most favorite Konyaku Freshly refreshing drink with the sweetness of fruit lychee and jelly is perfect for covering your dish.  Usually we get bored if we are waiting for food but different from Gokana, they always provide free snack to eat. This restaurant is very understanding with customers who can not wait if the food does not come. The service here is also very friendly and most important is this place is very convenient to gather or just eat together family and friends. Do not forget to stop by Gokana foodie.☺

MIE AYAM BANGKA PONDOK CIPTA

Chicken Noodle is everyone's favorite food. One of them is Mie Ayam Bangka that is in Pondok Cipta, where this food must really to try. The menu is the same as other chicken noodle places like Mie Ayam Bakso, Mie Yamin, Kwetiau Ayam Bakso, Bihun Ayam Bakso.  But, what distinguishes Mie Bangka with others is from the taste of cooked noodles with the right maturity, very fresh noodle sauce and coupled with chives that have been mixed into one with sauce. Do not miss there are 2 pieces of meatballs (if we order + meatballs) which I think meatballs are most delicious taste different with meatballs out there that is less than meatballs is why only 2 are presented why not 3, 4 or more Haha... just kidding✌. Inside a bowl of noodles is also served vegetables, bean sprouts, chicken pieces that have been processed with spices, boiled dumplings, and tasty dumplings crackers if bitten. One more thing to try is Mie Yamin, topping is served the same as Mie Ayam but different from Yamin this is its noodle plus more soy sauce  and more delicious if added sauce. Drinks are sold here is available a variety of flavors of juice, S-Tee, and if you want a cheap drink is also available water and some drinks are available here.

 The place provided is very convenient to eat together with family. By the way, this Mie Ayam Bangka has been around since I sat in elementary school grade 6, so Mie Bangka has been selling since 9 years ago or even more Hmm... wow long time yes. Anyway if the foodie that is around Bintara do not forget to stop by to taste Mie Chicken Bangka Pondok Cipta is really delicious. Okay I'll see you again.☺
