Business is a business conducted by an individual or a group by selling goods or services to consumers or other businesses, to achieve certain goals. The purpose of business is to generate profits while increasing the prosperity of its owners. Basic business ownership, generally consists of :
•       An individual company is a business whose holdings are held by one person.
•       The fellowship is a form of business in which two or more people work together to operate the company for profit.
•       The Company is a business whose holdings are held by several people and supervised by the board of directors.
•       Cooperative is a business that consists of cooperative people or legal entity based on its activities based on cooperative principle as well as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship.
If someday I have enough capital to be able to establish a business, I will do business in the culinary field is a restaurant with the concept of open nature nuance surrounded by rice fields and also the fish pond. In this restaurant will present a wide range of typical Indonesian food. A restaurant with an open-air theme is perfect for family gathering and comfortable to unwind. As we know, the culinary business is a business that never died. Opportunities will always be wide open when we are keen to see it. Culinary is always needed people without seeing the season or again the crisis because food is a basic need other than clothing and shelter.
The advantages of culinary business is the number of consumers who are not limited because food is a basic requirement that must be needed by everyone. This is what makes the culinary business has a very promising prospect. Not only that, in the business there are losses that can occur such as waste of raw material expenditure caused by high raw materials or raw prices to rise. This will certainly have an impact on the losses for the restaurant or culinary business that is being run. So before starting a business should have a strong intention and determination, then understand the concept of a product or service well, multiply the basic knowledge of management, the basis of financial management and most important is the determination to re-rise when falling.
